Occupational Health Screening Nurse/Occupational Health Advisor
Experienced Occupational Health Screening Nurse/Occupational Health Advisor (Hybrid) – Eastern & Northern Ireland
Location: Primarily Greater Belfast, Ballymena, Craigavon, Mid Ulster
Contract: Full-time or Part-time Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £48,000 per annum, depending on experience
Travel Requirement: Eastern and Northern Ireland
Are you an experienced Occupational Health (OH) Screening Nurse passionate about promoting workplace health and well-being? We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in occupational health to join our client's team, helping organisations keep their teams healthy and thriving. This flexible hybrid role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a blend of independent fieldwork and virtual consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health Surveillance: Conducting occupational health assessments, including but not limited to audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, and other surveillance activities.
- Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within Eastern and Northern Ireland (Greater Belfast, Ballymena, Craigavon, Mid Ulster), offering variety in location and client base.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate health records and communicating findings in line with OH best practices and regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Experienced Occupational Health Nurse: Minimum requirement of experience in occupational health surveillance, with a clear understanding of occupational health protocols and practices.
- Self-motivated & Organised: Able to manage a flexible schedule, travel to various locations, and meet client needs with a high degree of professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Adaptable: Comfortable with a hybrid working model, including fieldwork and virtual/office-based tasks.
